Clearance

Empty properties are rarely empty. Former tenants leave furniture, boxes and bags behind, sheds fill up, and building work leaves its own pile of debris. PRG clears properties so the rooms are ready for repairs, decorating, viewings or a new tenant. We clear unwanted furniture and household items, belongings left after a tenancy ends, the contents of lofts, garages and sheds, garden waste, and old materials left after other work. Before anything goes, we agree with you what is being removed and what stays, such as fitted appliances, items listed on the inventory or anything a former tenant has arranged to collect. Clearance is often the first job on a void property, because nothing else can start until the rooms are clear. Booking it alongside the repairs and decorating keeps the gap between tenancies as short as possible. Send photos of each room or area to be cleared and a note of anything that must be kept. Access matters too: tell us about stairs, parking and how far items need to be carried. Paint tins, chemicals and gas bottles need separate handling, so mention them at the start.
