Flooring takes the heaviest wear in a rented home, and a tired floor makes even a freshly painted room look unfinished. PRG repairs and replaces flooring as part of property maintenance and refurbishment, from a single room to a whole property between tenancies.
Work can include lifting old or damaged flooring, repairing or levelling the subfloor where needed, fitting new floor coverings, replacing damaged sections, and fitting threshold strips and trims where one floor meets another. Laminate and vinyl are common choices for rentals because they are hard-wearing and easy to clean, but tell us what you have in mind and we can talk it through.
Flooring normally goes in after decorating and after any work that disturbs the floor, such as plumbing or electrics. That way new floors are not marked and do not have to be lifted again.
